The inclusion of banner or text links on the Shandarism.com site does not give you any ownership rights in any intellectual property owned or licensed by the Fraternity and its companies, including, without limitation, any copyright and brands.

Fraternity permits your site to use Shandarism.com links subject to the limited license set forth on this web page. All rights not expressly granted to you by Shandarism.com are expressly reserved by the Fraternity.

Please note that the Fraternity may, in its sole discretion, at any time, discontinue this “Shandarism.com Site Link” program at any time, or require that you and your site immediately remove and cease use of banner links or text links from the Shandarism.com site. You agree to promptly remove such materials from your site upon request by the Fraternity.

You cannot perform the following actions:

• Display a Shandarism.com link in a manner that implies a relationship or affiliation with, sponsorship or endorsement by the Fraternity or Shandarism.com, or that could reasonably be interpreted as suggesting that the editorial content was authored by, or represents the views or opinions of the Fraternity, the Shandarism.com site, its officers or employees;
• Post a Shandarism.com link on any website containing or displaying adult content, product or service sales pages, sites promoting gambling, involving the sale of alcohol or drugs, content or activities that violate the law or current regulations;
• Post a Shandarism.com link on a page that contains conduct that, in the sole opinion of the Fraternity, is misleading, defamatory, infringing, libelous, derogatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable to the Fraternity;
