Constitutional principle

The life essences (souls) composing our collective consciousness and essence are incarnated in human bodies forming a physical double, a biological collective. This collective is organized into 4 functional and operative castes. Together, they constitute the order in its hierarchy, the circle in space and its geometric shape, the fraternity and sorority in its links.

Organization

The 4 functional and operative castes constituting this biological collective are from bottom to top:

• The Ergátis (Εργάτης), the caste of workers and technicians from the degree of low consciousness. They take care of the basic tasks. But also to contact and bring back future members of the circle to the energia for their initiations.
• The Prostatis (Προστάτης), the caste of protectors from the degree of medium consciousness. Also called the Pretorians, these are «the men of shadows» who watch and ensure the protection of this fraternity and Shandarism.
• The Lógios (Λόγιος), the caste of scholars, scientists from the degree of medium consciousness who are responsible for knowledge, research and development. They are just above the protector caste in the same degree of consciousness.
• The Archontas (Αρχοντας), the caste of masters from the degree of high consciousness. They are the masters of mind who direct the circle and administer its affairs. There are also the despoina (Δεσποινα), hostesses just below the masters sharing this degree of consciousness.

Hierarchy & Relationship

In this biological collective, the Ergatis learns through the action of basic tasks. The Logios knows what the ergatis has learned through experience. The Archontas applies and masters what the Logios knows. Finally, the Prostatis protects the action, knowledge and mastery of Ergatis, Logios and Archontas. Thus in this hierarchy, the Ergatis caste is under the management of the Logios. The Logios caste is under the management of the Archontas. At last, the Prostatis caste is under the direct command of the Archontas.
