In Shandarian thought, foods provide all the nutrients necessary for the cells of our incarnation body so that they can function properly, maintain good health, and carry out the various tasks essential to their existence and by extension, make living our body in order to it can fulfill its function for our essence and consciousness. In this sense, foods with the oxygen that we breathe are considered vital. And therefore, their production and conservation must be protected in their purity, cleanliness and nutritional values.
Water: Like food, water is also considered precious in Shandarism, because it is a vector of life and therefore vital to our incarnations and accomplishments of consciousness. Without water, there is no longer any incarnation or realization of moira possible. Therefore, water considered vital must be used and consumed with science, consciousness and intelligence in order to best serve our incarnation and its achievements. Finally, Shandarian law prohibits polluting or contaminating water sources. The cleanliness of rivers, lakes and wells must be maintained.
There is no Shandarian cuisine strictly speaking, but the cultural and culinary adoption of several cuisines from the Mediterranean, Near East and Middle East. Which includes Greek, Cretan and Cypriot cuisines. Then Lebanese and Syrian cuisines. At last, Iraqi and Persian (Iranian) cuisines.
Shandarian Diet: The Shandarian diet is a Mediterranean diet based on fruits and vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds, fish and seafood, olive oils as well as herbs and spices. It is a diet adapted to the biological body contributing to supply it all required needs to its maintenance in Stheneia. From there, the latter finds all the necessary and sufficient health and strength allowing it to ensure its incarnatory function for consciousness.
Magnetic eating & drinking: In Shandarism it is prescribed that we must drink and eat magnetic in order to maintain our incarnation in a high vibrational frequency. In this way, magnetic drinking and eating involves consuming foods and water that are positively charged by magnetism. In other words, carriers of bliss and not of kesh. To do this, we use either magnetic passes over food and water, or magnets around them. Electroculture, which is a set of techniques aimed at stimulating the germination or development of plants using electrical means, is also used here.
Fasting: In Shandarian hygienism, the practice of fasting in addition to physical activity is used as a means of regulating metabolism when there has been excess food. From there our body of incarnation can remain in shape and energy to continue to be functional and operational. But fasting is also used to be in capacity to follow certain psychic and energetic practices.
In Shandarian thought, fast food as well as industrial products are considered unsuitable for the biological body. They thus act like poisons altering the body of incarnation, placing it in a state of astheneia and lowering its vibrational frequency. The capacities of the biological body to perform its full functions for the incarnation of consciousness and essential realizations are then more or less diminished depending on the type and frequency of the products consumed. For these reasons, their consumption are banned from the Shandarian diet.
Remember that in Shandarian thought, both food and water are precious, they provide our body of incarnation all the nutrients and liquids necessary for its good constitution, its correct functioning and health. In a healthy and energetic body, we are then able to live to accomplish our Moira. Therefore, one should not play with food or waste it, because it is a source of nutrients necessary for life and the proper functioning of our incarnation.
